Hydraulic Cylinders

Hydrodex supplies custom built hydraulic cylinders for various industries. All our cylinders are designed manufactured in accordance with relevant ISO standards, and conform to a variety of ports, sizes and attachments. Hydrodex provides tie-rod, welded construction, servo, double rod ended and telescopic cylinders.

Our cylinders conform to the following standards
  • Cylinder: ISO 6020-1, 6020-2 and 6020-3
  • Attachments: ISO 6982, ISO 8132 and ISO 8133.

Sizes

  • Housing: cold drawn and stressed steel, hot rolled steel, SS304 or other materials specified by customer.
  • Rods: hardened & tempered alloy-steel, carbon steel with chrome plating.
Rod end features
As per standards mentioned or as per customer requirement.
Mounting Types
As per standards mentioned or as per customer requirement.
Ports
Normal ports in BSPT, BSPF, NPT, SAE 3000 & SAE 6000 or other specific ports according to customer requirement.
