Hydrodex offers custom built manifold blocks manufactured from different types of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Hydrodex manufactures blocks up to 1.200kg, with standardized or completely customized cavities. All our blocks are tested in-house with material inspection reports and ultrasonic testing.

We offer customized manifold blocks with the following specifications
Materials
  • Steel (C45,EN8,Sg450/10,SG500/10 etc).
  • Stainless Steel (SS304, SS321, SS316 etc).
  • Aluminium (HE30, 2014T4, 2014T6 etc).
Size
  • Up to 1500x1000x1000mm (1.200 kg).
Interfaces
  • Common interfaces and cavities like Cetop/NG/SUN/SAE or custom cavities as per requirement
Additional features
  • Material inspection certificates from approved labs.

Testing
Manifolds can be tested and shipped with valves (model and make chosen by customer) and fittings.

Normal ports in BSPT, BSPF, NPT, SAE 3000 & SAE 6000 or other specific ports according to customer requirement.
